ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Albright football team will host Franklin & Marshall on Saturday in the Second Annual Centennial-MAC Bowl Series, announced by the conferences on Sunday night. The Lions earned the top seed in the MAC and with that, they will host the second-seeded team from the Centennial. Kickoff for the game is set for noon on Saturday.
The series supports the NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) partnership with Special Olympics by donating 25 percent of ticket revenue from the Bowl Series to the organization. In the first year of the bowl series in 2015, the MAC won both games between the teams. In this season's other game, the MAC's Delaware Valley will travel to the Centennial's Muhlenberg.
