La PLUME, Pa. - Led by junior forward #Isla Wilczynski#'s hat trick the Albright Women's Soccer team (1-0) defeated the Giants of Keystone College by the final score of 6-0 Wednesday afternoon at Ned Boehm Field.

Helping to pace the red and white's huge win was senior #Gloria Alfonsi# and freshman #Alexa Talbot#. Alfonsi recorded her first score of the season in the 44th minute of the match, while Talbot found the back of the net in the 18th and 25th minutes. Wilczynski's dominating performance began in the 10th minute on an unassisted goal.

Her final two goals of the night which secured the 6-0 victory were scored just two minutes apart from one another. Assisting on her second goal of the night was newcomer #Kirstie Potteiger#, while the third and final score was unassisted.

The Lions showcased three different goalkeepers Wednesday afternoon. The trio did not have to make a single save all night, as Albright's defense held Keystone to just one shot and zero corner kicks.

Keystone's goalkeeper Kelsey Kuhns faced a total of 32 shots from the Lions, 17 of which were on target. She eventually closed out the match with 11 saves. On top of their explosive shooting, the Lady Lions also produced 10 corner kicks.

Women's Soccer returns to action on Friday when they face NYU in day one of the Swarthmore College Tournament. Start time for the game is scheduled for 7 p.m.
