READING, Pa. - On Thursday, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced the members of 2009 SGI/NFHCA All-Academic Squad. Earning a place on the National Academic Squad were Caitlin Feldman, Beth Moran, Kaitlyn Pietrusewicz, and Pam Swope.

To earn a place on this national academic squad the individual must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or higher throughout their first semester. Both Swope and Moran have been named to the National Academic Squad every season they have been at Albright.

For Feldman and Pietrusewicz Thursday's announcement was the first time that either player has been named to the National Academic Squad.
