READING, Pa. - In their 2010 home debut the Lady Lions (1-2-1) battled the visiting Mighty Macs of Immaculata University (0-2-1) to a 0-0 draw Wednesday afternoon in Shirk Stadium.
To say that Albright had their chances Wednesday afternoon would be an understatement. The Lions ended the contest with a total of 13 shots, six of which were on goal, and three of which should have found the back of the goal.
On two separate occasions, the red and white had a wide-open net in front of them, but were unable to seal the deal. Freshman #

Isla Wilczynski# also tried to give their team that crucial goal, but were stopped time-and-time again.

Olivia Giuliano# recorded six saves in the 0-0 draw and neutralized any Mighty Mac opportunity that came in Albright's defensive third.
For the visitors Erin Lewis and Kim Steinke each recorded three shots as well for their team.
Albright also dominated the corner kicks category recording seven as compared to Immaculata's two.
Women's Soccer will return to action next Wednesday when they travel to New Jersey to take on Rutgers-Newark at 4 p.m. in a non-conference match.
