After stifling DeSales in the first half, the Albright College women's soccer team conceded twice in the second half en route to a 2-0 loss in Center Valley, Pa.

DSU scored on both of their shots on goal, with both strikes coming in a six-minute span.

Brady Walsh gave the Bulldogs the lead in the 59th minute, flicking a header past Albright's Alexis Lorusso after Jamie Barna played a ball into the box.

Barna then added DSU's second goal, exactly six minutes later.

The only shots on frame in the entire first half came from the Lions in the opening five minutes.

Less than four minutes in, Albright freshman Megan O'Brien forced a save by DSU goalkeeper Michelle Churchman. Churchman then stopped another Lion rookie, Emily Sousa, 56 seconds later.

Yet another Red and White freshman, defender Dylan Shipe, had a chance early in the second half but put the shot high.

The Lions are 2-3 on the season and will host another Freedom Conference opponent, King's College, on Saturday night.
