READING, Pa. – One second-half goal from Lebanon Valley proved to be the difference in a women's soccer conference matchup on Tuesday evening at Shirk Stadium.

With the 1-0 loss, Albright falls to 1-2 in MAC Commonwealth play and 7-6 on the season.  The Flying Dutchmen are now 4-8 on the season and 1-3 in conference games.

The first half remained scoreless, with each team registering seven shots.  In the 58th minute, the Dutchmen got on the board and took a 1-0 lead with a goal from sophomore Lucy McGloshen.  Albright added four more shots including a ball to the crossbar, but the Lions were not able find the back of the net.

Albright held a 13-11 edge in shots and a 9-8 advantage in shots on target.  Junior Lauren Haley led the way for the Lions with six shots, four being on goal.  McGloshen and junior Bridgett Finn each had three shots for the Flying Dutchmen.
