READING, Pa. – The Albright men's tennis team was shut down 9-0 by Eastern in MAC Commonwealth action at the Albright College Tennis Courts on Tuesday.
 
With the loss, the Lions drop to 0-2 in conference and 4-6 overall. Meanwhile, the Eagles improve to 1-1 in conference and 3-2 overall.
 
Eastern jumped out to an early 3-0 lead after claiming all three doubles matches. Albright was unable to come back from the deficit as the Falcons continued to dominate, claiming every singles match to complete the 9-0 conference sweep over the Lions.
 
Albright will return to action on Saturday as they host York in MAC Commonwealth action at the Albright College Tennis Courts at 1 p.m.
