LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Albright men's cross-country team returned to the course for the second time this season competing in the Cairn University Invitational. Today's race was an 8k race seeing the Lions finish in 8
th out of 11 total teams.
Last week
Dante Zamichieli was named MAC Commonwealth men's Runner of the Week for his performance at the Penn State Abington Invite. Zamichieli is now a two-time MAC Runner of the Week winner after earning his first last season.
Zamichieli led the charge once again for the Lions finishing in 11
th place out of 91 total runners in the field. Zamichieli recorded another strong time at 29:41.1, besting his time from two weeks prior.
Jordan Patton,
Charles McClain,
Chris Alvarado and
Murphy McCabe all finished within 11 places of each other. Patton tallied a time of 37:24.9, McClain a time of 39:29.5, Alvarado with a time of 40:06.4 and McCabe with a time of 40:48.6.
Ravone Edwards rounded out the Lions in action today with a time of 50:36.0

The Lions will compete next weekend in the Jack St. Clair Memorial Meet. The race will take place at Belmont Plateua in Philadelphia, Pa and begin at 12:15.
