READING, Pa. – The Albright men's tennis team (9-7) won their third straight match and fourth of their last five overall with an 8-1 win over visiting Arcadia (8-6). The win is the ninth overall for Albright this season, the most since the 2014-2015 season.
Albright has won three straight matches playing their best tennis at the right time. The non-conference win today is the third this spring season out of four matches played.
Today's 8-1 win is the first over Arcadia in over 14 years. Today marked the first time in the last 14 years were Albright won more than two total matches against Arcadia.
The win does not affect Albright's playoff standings as Arcadia are members of the MAC Freedom division. Albright will qualify for the 2024 MAC Commonwealth men's tennis playoffs with a Stevenson win over Eastern on Saturday.
Albright won all six singles matches. Five of the six single match wins came in straight sets.
Adam Good's #1 singles match went to a third set. Good has been the Lions number #1 singles player all season and proved why today. Good dropped the first set 7-5 but rebounded strongly winning the next two sets 7-5 and 10-8.

Dylan Huha,
Sean Peppiatt,
Clay Lewandowski and
Gavin Buckley all handled their opponents with relative ease. Peppiatt turned in the most dominating score line on the afternoon winning his match 6-1, 6-0.
Sanchez and Huha were on cruise control in their #2 doubles match winning easily 8-0.
Good and
Kobe Serpa were paired up in #3 doubles and were able to double up their opponent winning the match 8-4.
