READING, Pa. – Women's indoor track and field got the 2025 portion of the schedule underway this afternoon at the Alvernia Winter Invite.
Maggie Williams and
Eren Tighe both competed in the 60m hurdles. Williams led the Lion duo with a time of 11.82 while Tighe was just behind her teammate with a time of 12.06.
Williams was also featured in the shot put reaching a distance of 9.15m.
Standey Sauveur was solid in the 60m race turning in a time of 9.39 as the lone Lion in the field. Standey also competed in the long jump reaching a distance of 3.79m.
Alyssa DeVita ran to a tune of 2:40.70 in the 800m dash. Tighe competed in the same event posting a time of 2:46.01.

The Lions will return to action tomorrow morning at Ursinus competing in the Collegeville Classic. The meet will start at 9:15 a.m.
