LANGHORNE, Pa. - Women's and men's cross country performed well at the Highlander Invitational on Saturday morning competing on the campus of Carin University.
Maizy Aikey led the way for the women's side while
Evan Eisenhardt led the way for the men's side. The women's race was 6k and the men's was 8k.

Aikey and Eisenhardt have enjoyed fantastic starts to the season and today was no different. Aikey finished 13
th out of 98 runners finishing the race in 27:35.2 and Eisenhardt placed 21
st with a time of 31:47.3 out of 135 total participants.
In three races this season Aikey has finished no worse than 13
th while Eisenhardt's finish marks his best result of the year by three spots.
Tiana Douglas was second on the women Lions with a time of 39:56.8 and was followed closely by
Standey Sauveur who finished in 42:56.8.
Sophia Bailey and Danae Macfarland rounded out the day of the women's side with times of 53:54.3 and 54:31.6, respectively.
Jordan Patton clocked a time of 36:37.5 finishing in the middle of the field.
Beyah Rembert Jr. recorded a time of 49:49.5 and was followed closely by
Ravone Edwards who tallied a time of 52:18.3.
James Smith rounded out the five male Lions in competition with a time of 56:07.9.

The two teams will return to action on Saturday October 11 at the Jack St. Clair Memorial. The race will be hosted by Jefferson University.
