ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Men's tennis (4-4) returned to the court on Saturday afternoon playing in their first match in the past 21 days on the road at Elizabethtown (2-5). The Bluejays won by a small margin 4-3 over the Lions.
Adam Good and
Kobe Serpa were fantastic in the #2 doubles match winning 6-0. In the two matches played together this spring, the duo is a perfect 2-0.
Good was featured in the #1 singles match going all three sets this afternoon. Good stormed all the way back after dropping the first set 0-6. Good would win the second set 6-4 and carry the momentum into the tiebreak coming out on top. The scoreline went 0-6, 6-4. 11-9 to give Good his first individual win of the spring season.
Dyla Huha took the win in #2 singles in straight sets. Huha cruised in the first set winning 6-1 and wrapped up the match in set two winning 6-4. Like good, Huha improves to 1-1 this spring.
Gavin Buckley has yet to lose this season combining the fall and spring results. Today. Buckley won in straight sets 6-0 6-4 earning the victory in #6 singles.
