WASHINGTON, N.J. — The men's golf team finished their two-day stint at The Gauntlet tournament at Hawk Point Golf Club. The Lions took second place as a team, and
Jonatan Liljeblad took home another first place individual win.
Taking home gold for the second tournament in a row, Liljeblad finished today's round with a 69 (-3). Liljeblad had a weekend total of 140 (-4), finding eight birdies along the way.
Archie Stoner found himself in eighth place to close out the event, shooting a total of 146 (+2). Stoner was able to card a 73 (+1) on both days of play, proving himself consistent.
Ashton McKechan was able to improve on day two of play, shaving five strokes off his final score, earning a 74 (+2) on the day. McKechan ended the tournament with a two-day total of 153 (+9).
Filip Hjerten remained consistent between both days of play, shooting a 77 (+5) each day. Frederik Alhanko finished the weekend with a 162 (+18).

The Lions "A" team will be taking part in the Moravian Invitational on Monday (Sept. 28) at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pa. Groups will start teeing off at noon.
