READING, Pa. – Field hockey (1-6) returned to Shirk Stadium following a five-game road trip and hosted the Knights of Arcadia (3-5). Through four quarters of play, the visiting Knights would wind up leaving with a 3-0 win.
Aniek Oostendorp led the Lions' charge with a team high four shots and maintained consistent pressure on the Knights' defense.
Bobbie Van Oordt played a big role in the attack effort as well and added multiple shots of her own while
Charissa Yerger provided additional opportunities off the bench.
Mackenzie Bunn made seven saves in net and helped keep the Knights' offense in check allowing the Lions to remain within striking distance until the final seconds.
