READING, Pa. – Women's Soccer (1-1) played at Shirk Stadium for the first time this season against Cedar Crest (0-0). The game was Cedar Crests' first full game of the season after their opener was suspended due to lightening. Through 90 minutes the Lions never trailed and wen on to secure a 4-1 victory.
Brylie Jensen opened the scoring early and found the back of the net midway through the fifth minute to put the Lions up 1-0 which they would carry into halftime. Jensen finished second with five shots and was one of five players to register multiple shots throughout the game.

A stifling defensive effort carried into the second half as Albright was able to hold the falcons to only three shots with their lone goal coming in the 72
nd minute.
With the Lions looking for insurance,
Daiveni Fisher would come through twice when it mattered most with goals in both the 78
th and 88
th minutes including one off a penalty.
Bree Hancock,
Ava Marks and
Clare Caldaro each played major roles in breaking up several additional scoring chances for the Falcons.
Olivia Reinhart made a pair of saves in her second collegiate win and maintains a save percentage of 80% on the season.
