2013-14 Indoor: Ran a personal best 69.42 in the 400m at Ursinus' Frank Colden Invitational (2/8)... Qualified for MAC championships in the 800 meters, placing 11th (3/1).

2013 Outdoor: Ran 1:06.40 in the 400M at West Chester (4/26)... Earned second team All-MAC honors in the 4x400m relay at the Outdoor Championships (5/4).

2012-13 Indoor: Competed in middle distance and distance events... Best 800M was 2:33.20 at the Frank Colden Invitational.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in middle distance and distance events... Best 800M run was 2:22.54 at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (5/13).

2011-12 Indoor: Competed in middle distance events for Albright… In the Mile ran a season best of 5:47.47 at the Albright Home Meet was the top finisher for Albright taking 2nd place (2/11)… At the Kutztown Invitational ran the 1000 meter setting a school record of 3:20.91 and taking 7th place (1/13)… In the 800 meter ran a season best of 2:28.54 at the New York City Armory Thursday night at the races… Competed in the 800 meter at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships running a time of 2:29.98 good 5th place (2/25).

2010-11 Indoor: Competed in middle distance and distance events during season... Best 400M of 1:06.71 at the 1st Annual Ursinus Bow-Tie Classic (12/4)... Best 800M run was 2:37.24 at the Distance Night at New York Armory (2/10).
