Albright College Athletics

The Schumo Center for Fitness and Well-Being opened in the fall of 2007. The new building was made possible with a $4.75 million gift from Margaret K. Schumo of Wyomissing, Pa., along with her daughter Cynthia Lynn. It features a cardiovascular fitness room; a weight room; an aerobic room; a nutrition classroom; conference space; offices; locker rooms; an atrium; and the Schumo Cafe, a cafe featuring healthy snacks. The Schumo Center also houses the main athletic offices and is connected to the George C. Bollman Center which is home to the Albright College men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball teams, men's wrestling team and women's STUNT team.
