Team Registration
Team roster/waiver forms are available at the Schumo Front Desk or online. To enter a team, complete all necessary information and submit it with the required deposit before the registration deadline for that particular sport.
Once your team is registered, the team captain is then responsible to attend the MANDATORY captain meeting. Rules for each sport are distributed at the captain meetings and are also available online.
Registering as a free agent- If a player is interested in participating and does not have a team, they may complete a free agent form. These forms are available online and at the Schumo Front Desk. Free agents are encouraged to attend the captains meetings so they may potential be placed on a team. There is no guarantee of being placed on a team.
