Hannah Armstrong is entering her first season on the sidelines for the Albright field hockey program after a stellar playing career at Hood College.
At Hood College, Armstrong was a four year member of the field hockey team. During her playing career, Armstrong was named a All-MAC honorable mention (2022) and a three time NFHCA Scholar of Distinction. In addition, Armstrong received the NCAA Women's Enhancement Graduate Scholarship, the Hood College White Blazer Award and was named field hockey MVP for the 2022 season.
Armstrong graduated from Hood College with degrees in Political Science and Communications Arts. Armstrong will be working towards her masters degree at Albright in Athletic Leadership.
During her summer months of college, Armstrong coached the Southern Maryland Eliminators Club in her home state of Maryland. Armstrong is originally from LaPlata, Md and resides their with her parents Gordon and Jenny and brother Zach
