Kristin Yerger enters her second season as Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach.
Yerger has previously coached softball for two different schools at The Hill School and Oley Valley High School in addition to being the head coach for a travel softball team for nine years. She originally earned a scholarship to play softball at Rutgers before transferring to West Chester. Yerger graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS of Education at West Chester. She then earned her Masters of Classroom Technology from Wilkes following her time at West Chester.
Yerger also serves as a 6th grade ELA teacher in the Fleetwood Area School District. Her husband, Randy Yerger, is the defensive coordinator of the Albright football team. They have two children as their daughter Brooke currently is a member of the Albright softball and field hockey teams, while their son Wyatt currently plays football and lacrosse in the Boyertown Area School District.
