Kristin Yerger enters her second season as Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach.
Yerger has previously coached softball for two different schools at The Hill School and Oley Valley High School in addition to being the head coach for a travel softball team for nine years. She originally earned a scholarship to play softball at Rutgers before transferring to West Chester. Yerger graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS of Education at West Chester. She then earned her Masters of Classroom Technology from Wilkes following her time at West Chester.
Yerger also serves as a 6th grade ELA teacher in the Fleetwood Area School District. Her husband, Randy Yerger, is the associate head coach/defensive coordinator of the Albright football team. They have two children as their daughter Brooke currently is a member of the Albright softball and field hockey teams, while their son Wyatt currently plays football and lacrosse in the Boyertown Area School District.
