Born on November 24, 1989... Member of the Albright College Cross-Country team... Named Track and Field Team MVP for the 2008-09 season... Currently holds the 1,000 meter Indoor Track and Field Record at Albright... Majoring in Political Science... Graduated from Brick Memorial High School in 2008... Member of the Cross-Country, Track and Field, and Basketball teams at Brick Memorial 

2011-12 Indoor: Represented Albright College in Distance and Middle Distance… Season best time in the 800 meter was at the New Balance Armory, New York City… 2:00.64 just a half second off of the school record (2/9)… Cook also represented Albright at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships in the 800 meter where he placed 6^th (2/25)… Season best time in the 1000 meter came at the Kutztown Invitational… 2:42.55 which was good for the Albright school record and 4^th place (1/13)… In the 3000 meter Cook’s top time of the season was at the Albright Home Invitational… 9:17.39 good for 1^st place… Cook bettered his own school record in the 5000 meter at the BowTie Track Classic with a time of 16:20.38 (12/3)… Season best in the 1 mile run was at the Collegeville Indoor Classic… 4:46.11.
