Jeff Knarr comes to Albright College from King's College where he spent the past 13 seasons as head coach of the King's College football program. Since being named head coach in 2010, Knarr recorded an overall record of 50-71 and a 43-54 record in conference play. Last season, Knarr led King's College to the Centennial-MAC bowl game posting an 8-3 overall record for the 2022 season.
At King's College Knarr led multiple student-athletes to individual awards during his tenure. The awards include 12 MAC First Team members, 30 on the MAC Second Team, 27 MAC Players of the Week and 21 MAC Academic All-MAC recipients among other awards.
Before arriving at King's College Knarr spent time as an assistant coach at Muhlenberg College from 1999-2009, head coach at Notre Dame High School from 1995-1998 and an assistant with East Stroudsburg from 1992-1994.
Knarr is a native of Easton, Pennsylvania and a 1994 graduate of East Stroudsburg University. He played two seasons at Fordham University (D1) before transferring to Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) where he played outside linebacker. In high school, Knarr was a two-time centennial conference selection playing for Notre Dame High School. Knarr resides in Easton, Pa. with his wife Katie and two children Megan and Jake.
