Koch will serve as the women’s basketball lead assistant coach under head coach Alyssa Parsons for the upcoming 2026-2027 season. Koch joins Albright after serving as an assistant coach at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU).
Koch served in multiple roles during her time at EMU being a graduate assistant coach before being promoted to assistant coach during the 2025-2026 season.
Before going into coaching, Koch played for four seasons at Lancaster Bible College. Over four seasons Koch appeared in 72 games for the Chargers concluding her career with 66 made three-pointers, 381 points, 191 rebounds, and 77 assists. Off the court Koch earned United East Scholar-Athlete Honors and was an advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Koch is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College before going on to earn her master’s degree at EMU.
