READING, Pa. - In their first home match of the 2010 season, the Lady Lions (0-2) dropped an extremely tough match to York College (1-0) by the final score of 7-2 Wednesday afternoon at the Albright Tennis Courts.

Picking up her second straight singles victory was freshman #Victoria Foanio# with a6-4, 6-4 win at first singles. Foanio would claim the only singles victory for the red and white. In doubles play she teamed with #Kaitlin Kimmel#. The duo once again proved victorious defeating their Spartan opponents by the final score of 8-6 at first doubles.

In singles play, #Chrissy Mouakad# played an extremely tough match at four singles. After a 6-1 first set, Mouakad tried to battle back in the second, but was defeated in a very close set by the score of 6-4.

Women's Tennis returns to their home court on Saturday when they host Susquehanna University at 1 p.m.
