READING, Pa. – Freshman standout
Victoria Foanio continues her climb to the top of the record boards as she recorded her 10th win of the year, Saturday afternoon against the Elizabethtown College. The Blue Jays (4-4/1-0 CC) went on to defeat women's tennis (0-8/0-2 CC) by the final score of 8-1 in a Commonwealth Conference match on the Albright Tennis Courts.

After the Blue Jays swept all three doubles matches, Foanio recorded the Lady Lions only win of the day with a dominating 6-1, 6-4 performance. Her opponent, Madison Pipkin 6-4 record overall in singles play.
Following the Foanio win, the Blue Jays swept the final five matches to secure their 8-1 victory and earn their first conference win of the year.
Women's tennis returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to Eastern University for a 3:30 p.m. non-conference match.
