CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- Brandy Blimline had a team-high four kills and Caitlin Klotzbach added 17 digs, but the Albright College volleyball team lost to DeSales 25-9, 25-9, 25-6 on Friday in its opening match at the DeSales University Invitational.

The Lions also received three kills from Kellie Hill, two kills from Jordan Gibson and one kill from Marisa Bartone. Claudia Guise had seven assists and five digs, while Hill and Blimline each chipped in with four digs.

DeSales was led by Chrissy Banos who had a match-high 14 kills and posted a .600 hitting percentage. Amanda Wallitsch and Lisa Wallitsch each had 13 digs for the Bulldogs.

Albright will face Mary Washington at 5 p.m. today in its second match of the tournament.
