READING, Pa. – Senior
Dylan Boll had two doubles and drove in three runs and senior
Max Dundore collected three hits, but Gwynedd-Mercy spoiled Albright's Senior Day with a 13-7 non-conference victory over the Lions on Sunday at Kelchner Field.
Boll was 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI, while Dundore was 3-for-5 and scored a pair of runs to lead the Albright offensive attack.
Patrick Makowski was 2-for-2 and drove in a run, while
Zac Okonski and
Nathan Fretz added RBI for the Lions.
This marked the final weekend home game for the Lions and their 14 seniors who were honored prior to the game.

Alex Myers,
Jared Neiheiser, Okonski,
Sean Reilley and
Gabe Santone were the 14 Albright seniors who were honored.
Albright overcame an early 7-2 deficit to tie the game, but the Griffins pulled away by scoring the final six runs of the game.
Christopher Hens was 3-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBI to lead Gwynedd-Mercy, while Beau Fleming was 3-for-6 with four runs driven in. The Griffins banged out 15 hits on the day as Brett Kozlowski also had three hits for Gwynedd-Mercy.
Matt Rakus picked up the win for Gwynedd-Mercy as he went 8.0 innings and allowed seven earned runs and struck out four batters.
William Nicoletto took the loss in relief for Albright to fall to 0-3 on the season.
Mat Costa, Forker and
Trey Eberly each worked a scoreless inning in relief for Albright.
After spotting Gwynedd-Mercy a run in the first inning, Albright rallied to take the lead in the bottom of the inning.
With one out, Dundore ripped a double to right and Boll followed with a double of his own to tie the score at 1-1.
The Lions took a 2-1 lead when Boll trotted home on a wild pitch.
Hens hit a two-run homer in the top of the second inning giving the Griffins a 3-2 lead. Gwynedd-Mercy stretched the lead to 7-2 with a run in the third and three more in the fourth inning.
Albright then rallied to tie the game by pushing across five runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.
High doubled down the right field line to start the rally and advanced to third on a passed ball. Okonski scored High with an RBI groundout to cut the lead to 7-3.
Medvecky drew a walk and came around to score when Makowski doubled to right center to trim the lead to 7-4.
Albright put runners on first and third with one out when the Griffins elected to try and get Medvecky at third base on a grounder from
Tanner Brescancine.
Fretz brought Albright to within 7-5 with a sacrifice fly that scored Makowski.
Dundore kep the rally alive with a single to center and Boll then ripped his second double of the game to score Brescancine and Dundore to knot the game at 7-7.
Gwynedd-Mercy regained the lead with a pair of runs in the fifth inning and tacked on another run in the top of the sixth inning.
The Griffins then broke the game open with three runs in the top of the seventh inning to take a 13-7 lead.
