The first scoring play of the game came just six minutes in, as Stevenson's junior Brianna Christie found the back of the net for a 1-0 lead.  Less than a minute later, classmate Marissa Inglisa assisted Christie's second goal of the game and of the season.  Mustang's sophomore Allison Arters, who netted a free kick outside the box, rounded out the scoring in the 30th minute of the game.
