READING, Pa. – The Albright Lions Esports Overwatch team defeated Rockport 3-0 as they continued its spring slate of games.
 
The Lions improved to 2-2 overall in the spring with its second-straight win after defeating Concordia-Ann Arbor last week. Albright overwatch also improved to 5-8 overall in the 2020-21 season.
 
The Lions started fast in the first match to take the early 1-0 lead in the match. Albright cruised to win the second game before controlling play in the third to complete the sweep over the Regents. Junior Roy Hughes and first-year Jared Abromovitz led the way for the Lions in damage per second (DPS), while juniors Francesca Horner and Harrison Bley manned the tanks against the Beavers. First-year Yelisa Quintana and senior Xavier Luciano provided the support for the team against Rockford.
