Reading, PA - The Albright Lions fell to the Hood Blazers Saturday night by a score of 2-1. The loss ends the Lions season with a record of 3-12-4 overall, and 2-5-1 in conference play. The Blazers move to 6-7-4 and 4-3-1.

The first half saw the Blazers outshoot the Lions 6-0, but they were unable to get anything past Lions goalie Alexis Solt. The two teams entered the half tied at zero.

The second half was more of the Blazers dominating the ball, as they held a 10-1 advantage in shots, and were able to find the back of the net in the 76th minute on a Priya Nair goal. But the Lions answered immediately in the 79th minute when Emily Serpico took the only Albright shot of the night and scored off of a beautiful pass from caroline Perry. But the Blazers would continue to attack, and they took the lead again in the 89th minute on an Ava Swartz goal.

The Blazers outshot the Lions 16-1 in the game, and each team took one corner kick.

Prior to the game the Lions honored their four seniors, Jada Britton, Emily Serpico, Lindsey Williamson, and Stephany Escalante.
