Collegeville, PA - The Albright Lions fell to the Ursinus Bears by a score of 2-0. The loss drops the Lions to 1-1 on the season, while the Bears are now 1-1-1.
The two teams played to a scoreless first half where Ursinus held a slight 6-4 lead in shots, while the Lions held the corner kick edge at 7-3.
Things were much different in the second half, as the Bears outshot the Lions 13-5 in the half. Using the pressure those shots created, the Bears took the lead on a goal Colin Deal in the 56th minute, and then added some insurance in the 90th minute by Marco Grenda to take the game by a 2-0 score.
