READING, Pa. – Men's Soccer (7-6-1, 0-2-1 MAC Commonwealth) played their second road conference game against Stevenson (3-7-5, 1-1-1 MAC Commonwealth). Following a physical 90 minutes of play, the Lions would go on to tie the Mustangs by a score of 1-1.
Each team would fail to find the net in the first half before the Mustangs finally broke through and scored in the 55
th minute of play.
However, sophomore
Christian Bowles would answer the call less than a minute later with his team leading 13
th goal of the season. Bowles now has four goals in his last four games.
Alongside Bowles,
Martin Ramsay fired off a pair of shots to finish second on the team and currently ranks amongst the leaders in the MAC Commonwealth.
No goals would be scored after the 55
th minute of play resulting in a 1-1 tie.
Cooper Walters recorded seven saves in his 4
th 90-minute start of the season and boasts a 1.73 GA/AVG.
