Women’s and Men’s Cross Country Set to Compete at the MAC Championships

The women’s and men’s cross country teams are gearing up for the 2024 MAC Cross Country Championships. The Championship race will take place at Messiah University.

READING, Pa. – The Albright women's and men's cross country teams are set to compete at the 2024 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) on Saturday, November 2. On Tuesday morning, the MAC released their annual pre-championship poll and the Lions were picked 16^th on both sides.

8:00-9:30 AM - Registration/Packet Pick-up
10:45 AM - National Anthem
11:00 AM – Women's Race (6000 meters)
12:00 PM – Men's Race (8000 meters)
1:00 PM – Coaches Meeting (Finish Area)
1:15 PM – Awards Ceremony

All of the competing Lions in the field will look to earn an All-MAC selection this weekend. Finishing 1-10 places you on the All-MAC First Team, 11-20 on the Second Team and 21-30 on the third team.
