ANNVILLE, Pa. – Football renewed their rivalry with Lebanon Valley on Saturday afternoon in the team's final game of the 2024 season. The final score went in favor of the Dutchmen 27-0. Albright concludes their season with a 2-8 overall record and a 1-8 mark in conference play. LVC improved to 5-5 with the win and moved to 5-4 in the Middle Atlantic Conference.
The rivalry between Albright and Lebanon Valley dates back to the year 1900 with today's game being the 103
rd all time meeting. Albright maintains an advantage in the all-time series leading LVC 62-38-3.
Lebanon Valley led 13-0 at halftime courtesy of an interception returned for a touchdown. The Dutchmen tacked on two more touchdowns in the second half carrying them to a home victory.
Samuel Moratori finishes 2024 as one of the leading tacklers in all of the MAC. Moratori had at least eight tackles in every game this season for a total of 106 tackles on the year. The junior safety had six games of 11 or more tackles including a 15-tackle performance against King's.
Mamadou Koita had a career day going for nine tackles.
Devin Gonzalez matched his career high in tackles in a game with seven.
Terrell Bartee was dominant on the defensive line going for a career high 3.5 tackles for loss including a sack. Bartee had a strong junior campaign ending 2024 with 7.5 total tackles for loss and three sacks.
Isaiah Spearman picked up in interception while
Angelo Hernandez led the secondary with two pass breakups.
Alden Stickler paced the offense going for two catches for 33 yards.
Isaac Burks made two grabs for 12 yards while
Jeremiah Diaz matched Stickler and Burks with two catches.
Alex Gardsy paced the Lions on the ground today rushing for 35 yards.
