READING Pa – With the school year and spring sports winding down, Softball (7-30, 1-13 MAC Commonwealth) played their final series of the season at home against Hood College (13-23, 4-10 MAC Commonwealth) in an early afternoon double header.

Jadelyn Van Winkle Started game one pitching four innings bringing her season total to over 100 innings pitched at 100.2. Van Winkle will enter her senior year next year after leading the team's pitchers in wins, innings pitched, complete games and strikeouts.

First year Grace Landante recorded her first career RBI for Albright via a pinch hit single to left field in the seventh inning of game one.

Heather Pomante went one for three in the final game of her career capping off a career year for her with a .323 batting average and a .380 OBP.
