READING, Pa. – The 2025 schedule got underway on Saturday afternoon for the men's indoor track and field team at the Alvernia Winter Invite.
Charles McClain just missed a qualifying time to the finals in the 60m hurdles prelims. McClain's time came in at 9.21 while the 8
th and final qualifier for the final race finished in 9.09.
The men's 4x800 relay team of
Chris Alvarado,
Jordan Patton,
Charles McClain and
Dante Zamichieli turned a time of 9:39.89 in their first race back after the new year.
The 4x200 relay team of
Ravone Edwards,
Fabion Ruffin,
Gregory Hammond and
Michael Maley were solid in their race today finishing with a time of 1:41.01.
Gregory Hammond and Fabio Ruffin were both in action in the 60m race. Hammond led the charge with a time of 7.55 and Ruffin was not far behind with a time of 7.69.
Dante Zamichieli turned in a solid effort in one of the seniors' strongest events in the 800m race. Zamicheieli finished 12
th out of 48 participants 2:07.53 with a time of 2:07.53.
Dominick Magalhaes represented Albright in the shotput and recorded a personal top throw of 8.82m
