READING, Pa. – Men's wrestling officially returned to the campus of Albright College this past weekend apart of Homecoming at Albright. Albright announced the reinstatement of the program in December of 2024. This season marks the 50^th anniversary season of men's wrestling at Albright.

This past weekend the team hosted their first event of the 2025-26 season. The Black and Red wrestle offs featured 10 total bouts between members of the Albright wrestling team. The Red team won the competition 25-24 over the Black team.

Albright will get their competition schedule underway this weekend at the Alvernia Invite. The tournament will be held at the Plex on the campus of Alvernia and is set to begin at 11:00 a.m.
