Men’s Wrestling Announces 2025-26 Recruiting Class

Men’s Wrestling is set to return to Albright in their first season of competition 2025-26 winter athletic season. On Wednesday afternoon, the program announced their first recruiting class after the reinstatement of the program.

READING, Pa. – Men's wrestling is set to return at Albright during the 2025-26 athletic season for the first time since 2006. Today, the program announced their first recruiting class after the reinstatement of the program.

When competition begins in early November, the season will mark their first year back since 2006 and the 50th season in program history overall.
This list of future Lions has all committed to wrestling at Albright this upcoming season. The group will officially join Albright wrestling in the coming months as the 2025 fall academic semester begins.

Head coach Kerry Regner is bringing in 31 student-athletes for the 2025-26 50th anniversary season. "We are bringing in a full roster this fall! All the work of the program, department and school is coming to fruition. I could not have done it alone. I would like to give a lot of credit to admissions to VP Janice Luck and her staff. It was truly a team effort. In addition, there have been many local coaches and clubs that have helped us get started. This group does not just look to become a part of a newly established program but come with high standards in all walks of life. These quality student athletes will build the foundation of Albright's renewed wrestling program. These young men will become a positive addition to Albright College as a whole." said Regner.
