SCRANTON, Pa. – Field Hockey (1-5) went on the road for a midweek non-conference match against traditionally strong program Marywood Pacers (3-4). The Pacers won tonight with a final score of 3-0.
On Saturday of this past weekend the Lions picked up their first win of the season with a 1-0 over FDU-Florham.
Keliah Santiago tallied the Lions goal off an assist from
Rayven Muller.
Marywood scored a goal each in the second, third and fourth periods to bring home the win.
Mackenzie Bunn did fairly well in goal. The first-year Lion was under duress for the majority of the game allowing her to make a career high 11 saves in the contest.

Rebecca Geiger each recorded a shot throughout tonight's contest.
