YORK, Pa. – Men's lacrosse (3-12, 0-6 MAC Commonwealth) travelled to York College (14-1, 5-0 MAC Commonwealth) on Saturday afternoon. The Spartans left with a 29-3 victory.
York scored 18 first half goals on their way to remaining undefeated within conference this season. York entered today's game ranked #8/9 in the country.
The Lions found three different goal scorers today in the forms of
Justin Moroney,
Nick Antonio and
Semaj Moyd.
Moroney scored his 42
nd goal of the season off an assist from
Aidan Graczyk. Antonio found the back of the net for the 39
th time this year off an assist by Moyd.
Moyd led the team in points today notching his ninth goal of the year as well as an assist.
Ryan Conover,
Kraig Sullivan,
RJ Ellerbee and Antonio were all credited with a caused turnover in today's game.
Brandon Jones led the team in ground balls with four and was followed by Conover who collected two.
