BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Albright women's golf kicked off their season at The Northampton Cup. The ladies placed fifth out of a field of eight with a cumulative score of 430. 
RESULTS

Ilaria Catania led the Lions by finishing in fifth place with a final total of 81 strokes. Today's round was an improvement over last season's showing at The Northampton Cup where she found herself finishing with an 83.

Chloe Gustafson placed 17th out of 33 golfers, finishing her round with a 106. This was the junior's first appearance at The Northampton Cup.

Two new faces took to the course today for the Lions, Maya Garee and Anna Waack. Garee ended her day with a 108. Waack made her debut with a 135.

The women's golf team will have a few weeks off before returning to action on Monday Sept. 28 at the Moravian Invitational to be held at Saucon Valley Country Club.
