READING, Pa. – Men's soccer (4-3-1) took to the field following the conclusion of the football game to close out Homecoming on Saturday against Lebanon Valley (5-2-1). The visiting Dutchmen would wind up leaving with a 4-1 victory.
Prior to tonight's game, the Lions had won four straight, all of which came in shutout fashion.
The Lions' lone goal came courtesy of
Alexis Zurita-Jimenez breaking through in the 76
th minute of play off a fantastic pass from
Zach Fratrik. In addition to his assist, Fratrik finished with a pair of shots put on goal as well.
Also contributing to the attack were
Brady Divito and
Gael Velazquez.
Darwyn Avila and
John Stum helped breakup a number of additional scoring chances for the Dutchmen.
