Biography

Melissa is a fashion merchandising and design major here at Albright... The daughter of Cynthia and Mathew Alimonti, Melissa graduated from Exeter High School in 2010. 

2012: Started 8 games on the mound, making 12 appearances in relief… Finished the season with 20 strikeouts and a 5.92 era in 62.1 innings… Threw 2.0 shutout innings, allowing only 1 hit, and striking out 1 versus the College of Wooster (3/14)… Allowed only 1 run, 0 earned on 4 hits and 1 walk, striking out 1 in 5.1 innings against Widener (3/18)… Gave up 1 earned run on 5 hits, striking out 2 in 5.0 innings against Moravian (3/29)… Struck out 1, giving up 3 hits and 1 run, 0 earned in 7.0 innings in a 1-0 loss in game 1 of a double header against Lebanon Valley (4/20).
