2015: Named to the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference women's lacrosse team...Started in all 17 games as a Lion....Completed the season ranked second on the team with a total of 48 points (43 goals and 5 assists)...Tied for first on team in goals...Forced 16 turnovers and recorded 28 grounb balls...Had a season-high six goals against Widener (03/25)...Posted three hat tricks on the year against Penn State Abington (3/14), Messiah (4/15), and Lycoming (4/17)...Tallied six points in two games, versus Misercordia (3/12) had five goals and one assist. In the 11-9 win over Widener (3/25) at home Farrell had six goals in the conference win.

2014: Started in 15 of 17 games played in for Albright… Finished the season with 31 goals, including a game winner against DII Colorado Mesa (3/19), 7 assists, 13 ground balls, and caused 12 turnovers… From March 24th on, Farrell had at least 1 goal in each game played… Had hat tricks against Muhlenberg (3/26), Widener (4/2), and Messiah (4/5)… Scored 4 goals, had 2 assists, and picked up 2 ground balls in a conference victory over Lycoming (4/17)… Found the net twice, adding 2 assists and 3 ground balls in a win versus Hood (4/26).

2013: Second team All-Commonwealth... Started 16 games for the Red and White… Led the team in goals scored and assists with 61 and 18 respectively… Had 4 game winning goals… Started the season scoring at least three times in each of the Lions' first ten contests… Scored 6 goals with 2 assists, 2 ground balls, and caused a turnover against Immaculata (3/16)… Had 5 goals, 2 assists, 3 ground balls, and caused a turnover versus Hood (3/28)… Had 5 goals and a ground ball versus Widener (4/17)… Scored 7 goals with a ground ball and a caused turnover against Elizabeth (4/20).
