Justin Perry

The 2026 season will be the fourth year for coach Perry at Albright. Coach Perry has increased his season win total in each season since taking over the program in 2023. In 2025, Perry led six different Lions to All-Conference honors. Roman Berretta was named to All-MAC Commonwealth First Team becoming the first Lion to earn a spot on the first team since the 2014 season. With nine wins during the 2026 campaign, Perry will win his 50th game at Albright. 

Perry is set to embark on his third season as the head coach of the Albright baseball program. Coach Perry made great strides in year one (2022) winning the most games in a season since 2019. Perry followed up the impressive 2023 campaign with even more success during the 2024 season. Albright won 13 games overall including two MAC Commonwealth series victories. Additionally, Perry has now led three players to all-conference honors including Nick Barton in 2023 and Tommy Lewman and Chris Gorla in 2024. 

Perry joined the Albright staff in 2023 following seven seasons as associate coach at Gettysburg College.
 
Prior to Gettysburg, Perry was at Trinity College, Westfield State University and Anna Maria College as an assistant baseball coach at each stop. Perry has been a pitching coach throughout his career.
 
While at Gettysburg, he helped lead the team to back to back Centennial Conference playoffs, coached three academic all-americans, two all-region players, fourteen all-conference players, two scholar-athlete of the year and one NCAA post graduate scholarship recipient.  He was also the recruiting coordinator and pitching coach for the Bullets.  In addition to his baseball coaching duties, Perry was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Gettysburg.
 
A native of Feeding Hills, Mass, Perry was a four year pitcher at Stonehill College, where he graduated in 2009 with a degree in Criminology.  He finished his career with five collegiate wins and two saves over 37 appearances.  Perry earned a master's degree in Sport Management and a certificate in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
