Albright College Athletics

Former player John Leighty was been added to the football coaching staff prior to the 2024 season. Since the Leighty has served in the cpacity as the team's assistant special team's coordinator while working with the tight ends and runniung backs. 

Leighty graduated from Albright in May of 2024 and has made both the Dean's List and Honor Role while double majoring in International Relations and Sociology.
 
Leighty was a three-year member of the Albright football program appearing in 12 games over that time period. 
 
Previous leadership roles for Leighty also include serving as a team captain and a as a member of Albright's Leadership Council.
