Ross Grimm is now in his second season as a member of the Albright College football coaching staff, and serves as the running backs coach and video coordinator.

A native of Kirkland, Washington, Grimm comes to Albright after serving as the operations and offensive assistant at Division II C.W. Post – Long Island University. During the 2010 season, Grimm was responsible for all aspects of filming and editing both practice and game-day video, working with the special teams unit, and practice set-up. He also maintained a detailed recruiting database and worked closely with the entire coaching staff.

Prior to his position at C.W. Post, Grimm served as the Operations Manager at Gold’s Gym in Redmond, Washington. As one of the highest grossing facilities in the country, Grimm oversaw all facets of the business.

As a student, Grimm attended Saddleback Junior College in Mission Viejo, California, where he was a member of the national bowl championship football team. After spending one year at Saddleback (2004-05), Grimm then continued his education at Central Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2008.

While taking classes at Central Washington, Grimm served as the team operations intern for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. Working under former head coach Mike Holmgren, Grimm was responsible for the set-up and breakdown of training camp rooms and materials. He also assisted personnel with scheduling workouts throughout the season.

Grimm currently resides in Reading and is a member of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA).
