Taylor Hall will begin his second season at Albright in 2018. He will serve as the main recruiting coordinator and the strength and conditioning coordinator.

Hall was part of a coaching staff that saw the Lions finish the 2017 season with an 8-3 record and a berth in the MAC-Centennial Bowl Series for the second straight season. He worked with defensive backs last season in addition to his recruiting and strength duties.

Hall spent 2016 as a defensive quality control coach at Princeton. While working with the defensive line, Hall helped the defense lead the Ivy League in points allowed, rushing yards allowed and in forced turnovers.

Prior to Princeton, Hall spent two seasons at Morrisville State College. In 2014, he helped Morrisville State to a conference title and bowl victory while coaching the safeties. Both safeties under his guidance obtained all-league honors.

Hall played quarterback at Army for two seasons. He was an all-state honorable mention quarterback as a high school senior at Mount Pisgah Christian School (Ga.).

He is the son of Leamon Hall, a former Army quarterback in the mid-1970’s who went on to a professional career in the USFL, NFL and the CFL. He is also the grandson of Homer Smith. He was a head coach at Army, Davidson and Pacific. He also served as an offensive coordinator at UCLA, Alabama, Arizona, Air Force and with the Kansas City Chiefs.
