Mike Riley has completed his fourth season as assistant Men's Basketball coach at Albright College.
During his first three seasons with Albright, the Lions compiled a total record of 75-32. In his first year with the program, Albright won both the Commonwealth regular season and tournament titles, and earned the program's 10th NCAA tournament appearance.
Riley has also coached two All-Americans during his four years at Albright.
Riley, who has coached at a variety of camps including the Hoop Group Elite camp and the Division I Villanova Basketball camp, comes to Albright from Webster, NY.
A 2009 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Riley earned a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management with a concentration in Athletic Administration. He was also a member of the men’s basketball program (2005-09) that made it to the NCAA tournament in 2006, and won the Capital Athletic Conference regular season championship in 2006 and 2008.
No stranger to both individual and team accomplishments, Riley was part of a very successful McQuaid Jesuit High School program. A starting forward and captain, Riley led his team to a 2004 City Catholic League Championship. He was also named a First Team All-City Catholic League player, and was selected to the Rochester Ronald McDonald All-Star Game in his senior season.
